My broad experience of using CBTi within the NHS and privately, means that I can help you to understand your sleep difficulties and how to apply the recommendations of CBTi in the most effective way.
My knowledge of therapeutic approaches and behaviour change strategies, means that I can help you to take steps to improve your sleep that are sustainable, giving you the best chance of long term success.
I specialise in educating and enabling people to apply changes that will improve their sleep and overall wellbeing, in a way that is manageable and sustainable. My mission is to help individuals identify and change behaviours and thinking styles that perpetuate poor sleep, enabling them to sleep better and live better in the context of their own lives.
