I offer individual therapy, small group workshops and sleep education sessions to enhance health and wellness in the workplace and across the community.

I combine my background in Occupational Therapy, training and NHS experience of sleep disorders, and study of behaviour change to equip and support you to improve your sleep .

My Occupational Therapy background means that I will work with you to understand you and your sleep in the context of your daily life and activities.

My broad experience of using CBTi within the NHS and privately,  means that I can help you to understand your sleep difficulties and how to apply the recommendations of CBTi in the most effective way.

My mission is to help individuals identify and change behaviours and thinking styles that perpetuate poor sleep, enabling them to sleep better and live better in the context of their own lives.
