Improve Your Sleep and  Wellbeing with my  Cognitive behavioural therapy based programmes tailored to your needs. 

I offer individual therapy, small group workshops and sleep education sessions to enhance health and wellness in the workplace and across the community.

I combine my background in Occupational Therapy, training and NHS experience of sleep disorders, and study of behaviour change to equip and support you to improve your sleep .
